I ordered this product for my fiancé for Christmas and the first day he played with it the helicopter would stop responding to the controller mid-flight and drop to the ground. I was really bummed because I was so excited to give this to him so we called Amazon and they said we could return it and they would give me my money back but they couldn't send me a new one because we had bought it from a third party seller, which I understand. The price for the same helicopter from this seller went up $15 in price though compared to what I paid for it, which really stunk. SO even though it was more money and really more than I was willing to pay I ordered another helicopter and it did the same thing the first day we got it the helicopter would stop responding to the controller mid-flight and drop to the ground. Needless to say I returned this one as well and got my money back but was still very bummed that BOTH helicopters had not worked properly
